This is an ADVANCED class that has a pre-requisite that you must have completed the basic class within the last 2 calendar years (2022 or 2023).
Learn how to be a side by side assistant to the EMS by enhancing what is learned in “A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist”
- Students are taught how to be a leader at a scene.
- Advanced airway
- common roadway medical concerns
- assisting the EMS with extrication
- femoral traction
- role play
- critical incident stress
- lifting a bike lab
- and PACT/ABCSS of Trauma are all addressed & practiced.
Nationally recognized ASMI is a non-profit organization that teaches motorcyclists what to do at the scene of an accident until help arrives. Basic class information is based on the D.O.T. First Responder Curriculum
“A Crash Course for the Motorcyclists” The class teaches riders what to do at the scene of an accident until help arrives. This class usually costs $99 . Rider Justice is subsidizing the event so your cost is only $45 per participant.
