VAHNA Film Festival in Denver at the Oriental Theater

DENVER – Thursday, November 2nd, VAHNA presented their inaugural Film Festival to over 300 eager motorcycle enthusiasts at the historic Oriental Theater.

VAHNA is an international magazine and lifestyle brand based out of Denver, Colorado. As a supplement to their printed product, VAHNA has long created beautiful short films that celebrate motorcycles and the people who ride them.

Earlier this year, VAHNA announced the international contest. The film competition and festival tour celebrates the art of motorcycle cinematography and offered filmmakers a platform to showcase their unique storytelling abilities and creative vision. The film Festival is a natural extension of the gorgeous content that VAHNA has been producing for years.

“Over the past decade we have been able to support many of our printed feature stories in VAHNA by including inspiring short films created to further elevate the readers experience. This has allowed us to build relationships with incredibly talented film makers from around the world and we wanted to use our platform as a stage to celebrate other artists, further inspire our audience, engage with our community at events in different cities for years to come. In short, I feel like the VAHNA film festival concept creates a positive opportunity for everybody involved including contestants, audience members, our incredible industry partners and the many friends of VAHNA that help to support us along the way,” said Andrew Campo, VAHNA Co-Founder and Publisher.

At intermission, Scott O’Sullivan, founder of Rider Justice, presented VAHNA with the Rider Justice 2023 Spirit Award saying, “We’ve been working with the VAHNA team for years and we love you guys so much. Not only do you put out a beautiful publication, but you also do so much to elevate the motorcycle community here in Colorado and across the country. Thank you so much, I’m honored to partner with such incredible people.”

It was so rewarding to see our local supporters come out to the Oriental Theater to experience something we’ve been working on for a long time now.  We were all blown away and so grateful to see the enthusiam in the crowd.  Can’t wait to do it again.
